Importance of Volunteers
At Dignity U Wear, we don’t just appreciate our volunteers—we couldn’t run our organization without them. Ninety-five percent of the intake work we do with the new clothing donated to us from manufacturers and retailers is handled by our volunteers. 
Individuals and volunteer groups are truly the life blood of Dignity U Wear. They sort incoming clothing to ready it for distribution to people in need. Volunteers process 100% of the incoming inventory, providing 95% of the time and labor necessary to accomplish the task.
As we continue to expand, our need for additional volunteers will increase. The reality is that we couldn’t exist without their good work and generous support and we will be forever grateful for their assistance.
