How to Become a Partner Agency

A Message to Agencies Inquiring About Working with Dignity U Wear:

Thank you for finding your way to the Dignity U Wear website. We are grateful to the tens of thousands of social service agencies that work daily to bring kindness and hope to the lives of people in need. We are colleagues in the endeavor.

It saddens us that we are unable to provide clothing for all the agencies out there doing good work. Realistically, however, we can only supply as many agencies for which we have clothing. We are not accepting new agency partners at this time.

There are a few ways that agencies become partners. First, we approach agencies to work with us based on our strategic initiatives. Currently we have an interest in agencies that work to support school children, veterans, women and the homeless. We are interested in adding select agencies in those program areas located in Charlotte, NC and the New York City metropolitan area. In addition, we are interested in agencies willing to partner with us to raise the funds needed to purchase clothing at--or below--wholesale prices. As programs develop, our strategic needs do shift.

Another way that agencies become partners is by being sponsored by their local Stein Mart stores. Our good friends at Stein Mart adopt agencies in their home towns, and we support those agencies with clothing. This is a decision made at the stores by Stein Mart associates.

We are willing to receive information about your agency via email. Again, we are not accepting new agency partners, but if your mission and location match a need that we have we will contact you about working together.
